Terms of Service

§1 General provisions

  • These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at merizon.eu (the “Website”).

§2 Definitions

  • User — any person using the Website,
  • Administrator / Merizon — Merizon Sp. z o.o., as identified in §1(2).

§3 Rules for using the Website

  • Use of the Website is free of charge and does not require registration.
  • The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law, good practice, and with respect for the rights of other Users and third parties.
  • It is prohibited to undertake actions that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Website, including attempts to gain unauthorised access to its resources or systems.

§4 Intellectual property rights

  • The content published on the Website, including texts, photographs, graphics, page layout, and the Merizon trademark, is legally protected and constitutes the property of Merizon Sp. z o.o. or has been used with the consent of the rightholders.
  • Copying, distributing, or using the Website's content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Merizon is prohibited.

§5 Liability

  • Merizon makes every effort to ensure that the information presented on the Website is current and accurate; however, it does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but merely an invitation to conclude a contract or enter into negotiations.
  • Merizon is not liable for temporary interruptions in the availability of the Website resulting from technical reasons or maintenance work.
  • The Website may contain links to external websites (e.g. Google Maps) — Merizon is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of such external websites.

§6 Personal data

The rules for processing Users' personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available at merizon.eu/en/privacy-policy/.

§7 Complaints and reporting irregularities

  • Reports concerning the improper functioning of the Website may be sent to office@merizon.eu.
  • Merizon reviews reports within 14 days of receipt.

§8 Final provisions

  • In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code.
  • Merizon reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service, in particular in connection with changes to the Website's functionality or applicable law. The current version is always available at merizon.eu/en/terms-of-service/.
  • These Terms of Service enter into force on the date of publication on merizon.eu.
